Through close collaboration between Accor’s technical teams, the owner, and hotel teams, these hurdles were overcome.

 

The results feature the lowest electricity consumption among luxury hotels in India, as well as a fully chemical-free water treatment system—while offering guests a dedicated Fairmont Gold lounge, six live kitchens at The Merchants food hall, and Blue Xone, India's first luxury wellness longevity suite. This makes Fairmont Mumbai one of the most compelling proofs of what operational excellence can achieve: 1# RevPar index, a 92% reputation performance score and 200+ corporate events hosted in 2025.
