Through the partnership, myRiva now integrates directly with Groups360’s GroupSync platform, allowing companies to manage business travel and meeting bookings through a single interface.
The integration is designed to simplify travel and meeting planning processes. Employees can book flights, hotels and car rentals through one platform, while meeting planners gain access to real-time meeting space availability without the need for traditional manual coordination processes.
According to the companies, the collaboration also provides hotels with a
more direct connection to corporate demand by enabling clearer visibility of
meeting room availability and pricing, while offering greater insight into
booking activity.
“Business travel and meetings have traditionally been managed in separate
systems, which creates unnecessary complexity,” said Michael Kubasik, myRiva
President. “Bringing them together creates a more connected experience for
companies and gives them better visibility and control across both.”
“Coordinating group travel and meeting space has always required a lot of
manual work and back and forth,” said Kemp Gallineau, CEO of Groups360. “This
changes that by giving planners direct access to live inventory so they can confirm
space much faster.”
The companies stated that the partnership reflects a broader industry shift
toward integrated travel management solutions that combine travel booking,
meetings management and supplier connectivity within a unified workflow.
