Accelya introduces FLX ONE Vision to provide airlines with real-time Order intelligence

Accelya has launched FLX ONE Vision, a new AI-powered Order intelligence capability designed to give airlines real-time visibility of their live Order data across commercial, operational and customer service functions. The solution aims to help airlines make faster, more informed decisions as they accelerate their transition towards modern Offers and Orders retailing.

FLX ONE Vision consolidates live Order information into a single connected view, allowing teams to understand what is selling, what is changing and where potential issues may arise. Powered by Accelya’s FLX AIViator AI platform, the system analyses millions of Order events in real time, turning what is typically fragmented and complex data into actionable insights.

According to Accelya, this real-time visibility allows commercial teams to monitor purchasing behaviour as it happens and adjust offers or bundles dynamically. Operational teams gain early insight into issues that may affect performance or the customer experience, allowing them to intervene before disruption occurs.

“Airlines are awash with data, but what they need is fast, usable insight,” said Sam Gilliland, CEO of Accelya. “Too often, teams are working from yesterday’s reports to make today’s decisions. Real-time visibility changes that completely – it gives people the clarity to act quickly, serve customers better, and avoid unnecessary disruption.”

Independent research firm T2RL referenced Accelya’s approach in its First View report, describing it as “pragmatic” and noting that the company’s experience in Order creation and management gives it a strong understanding of airline retailing data and processes. The report highlighted FLX ONE Vision as delivering “immediate, demonstrable wins while laying the groundwork for more ambitious capabilities.”

FLX ONE Vision builds on Accelya’s modular, cloud-native FLX ONE platform launched at IATA WPS in 2024. The new capability aims to support airlines at different stages of their retail transformation by improving decision-making through greater data transparency, without requiring major system changes.

Early pilots are already underway, with participating airlines using real-time Order visibility to identify both commercial opportunities and operational issues. Initial use cases include detecting erroneous fares, identifying premium bookings not linked to loyalty accounts and monitoring activities such as waitlists or special service requests.

Accelya will showcase FLX ONE Vision at IATA’s World Passenger Symposium (WPS) and World Financial Symposium (WFS) in Istanbul.
