Cruise Croatia to welcome new ship in 2025

Small-ship cruise line Cruise Croatia will introduce a new-build ship in 2025.                     The 36-guest MV Aretis is the first of its kind to be built in Croatia in three years.

It will join the Cruise Croatia fleet in early spring next year, offering 19 seven-night Croatia cruises from Dubrovnik to Split, and vice versa.

These operate from June 7 to October 11 next year.

For 2026, MV Aretis will operate a full summer season offering 24 departures.

Cruise Croatia has partnered with the Radež shipyard in Korcula and made a 20% investment in the build process.

The ship will feature 18 ensuite cabins measuring up to 160 sq ft.

A restaurant and bar area will be on the upper deck, while the outside of the ship will have a sundeck and covered outdoor lounge area with sofas, sun loungers and a jacuzzi.

MV Aretis will offer swim stops throughout its cruises, and be equipped with stand-up paddle boards, a sea kayak and snorkeling gear.

Guests will receive complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity.

Graham Carter, chief commercial officer of Cruise Croatia, said: “Demand for luxury small-ship cruising is growing. MV Aretis will be one of the most stylish and elegant ships ever built in Croatia.”
