Breeze Airways is headquartered in Salt Lake City. The airline was founded by David Neeleman and is his fifth airline start-up, after JetBlue, Brazil’s Azul, Canada’s WestJet, and Utah-based Morris Air, which was later purchased by Southwest Airlines. It officially made its much-anticipated national debut in May, with Bradley International Airport selected as a launch airport.
The new nonstops will operate on a single-class Embraer aircraft, with a two-by-two seat configuration, as follows:
Columbus
Operating on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays
- BDL to CMH: 11 AM (Departure) – 12:40 PM (Arrival)
- CMH to BDL: 9:10 AM (Arrival) – 10:45 AM (Arrival)
Norfolk
Operating on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays
- BDL to ORF: 5:35 PM (Departure) – 7:05 PM (Arrival)
- ORF to BDL: 3:35 PM (Departure) – 5:00 PM (Arrival)
Pittsburgh
Operating on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays
- BDL to PIT: 7:10 PM (Departure) – 8:40 PM (Arrival)
- PIT to BDL: 8:50 AM (Departure) – 10:15 AM (Arrival)
Among its hallmark offerings, Breeze Airways is committed to low fares, with booking flexibility that includes no change or cancellation fees for flights changed or cancelled up to 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
The airline is also dedicated to safety and cleanliness. Breeze’s aircraft are cleaned and disinfected frequently, and they are equipped with HEPA filters onboard, which refresh cabin air every few minutes. In accordance with federal law, passengers and crew are required to wear face coverings on the aircraft, except while eating and drinking.
