Wynn Resorts to build 1,300+ new hotel rooms on its seven-acre parcel of land located alongside Wynn Palace in Macau. The plans were revealed by CEO and President Matt Maddox. Wynn Palace 3Q18 earnings soared by 39.1 per cent to U.S. dollar 730.6 million.
There is 1.5 million-square foot facility. The podium level called the Crystal Pavilion, is a large glass structure that’s going to house lots of non-gaming features. The pavilion will house a theatre which has the Vatican theatre as its inspiration. The Vatican theatre has walls and ceilings as the screen providing the guests a 270 degree experience.
Crystal Pavilion will link to SJM’s Grand Lisboa Palace via a footbridge. There will be two new hotels including a 671-room all-suite hotel connected to Crystal Pavilion as well as another 700-room all-suite hotel on the north four-acre parcel of land.
Maddox said that the 600-foot theater will provide an immersive experience like no other on the planet. There will be three shows 45-minute long that will run throughout the day. It is hoped that everybody would wish to come and experience this immersive theater.
They plan to begin construction in 2020.
