Frankie Bond, from cruise.co.uk, has won a four-night VIVA Cruises sailing of their choice, while Elizabeth Young, from Stein Travel, has received a Rituals hamper.
The prizes were awarded to agents who completed all five modules of the operator’s training programme by September 30. The cruise prize draw was open to agents who completed the full programme, while the hamper was offered to existing subscribers who completed the new modules.
The programme was relaunched in July and comprises five sections: an introduction to VIVA Cruises, their fleet, onboard experiences, shore excursions and destinations.
It also features a range of agent-focused material, including a ‘toolbox’ with digital selling guides, brand news and ongoing incentives.
