Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

Where in the World?

Guyana sits on the northeastern coast of South America, bordered by Venezuela, Brazil, and Suriname, with the Atlantic Ocean to the north. Together with Suriname and French Guiana, it forms part of the Guiana Shield, one of the oldest geological formations on Earth. Known as the “Land of Many Waters,” Guyana is shaped by vast rainforests, winding rivers, expansive savannas, and dramatic waterfalls, including the mighty Kaieteur Falls.

For the Adventurer

Guyana is for travelers drawn to wild, remote, and still largely undiscovered destination. Here, luxury is measured in access: taking flight over Kaieteur Falls, spotting wildlife from the rainforest canopy, exploring the open Rupununi savannah, and joining conservationists in the field. Small, often community-run lodges and expert naturalist guides bring travelers closer to landscapes, wildlife, and Indigenous communities in a way few destinations still can.
