The partnership has been in place since 2022. Beyond athletic development, it focuses particularly on social cohesion and a strong connection to the local region. Through this commitment, AIDA supports the club in spreading enthusiasm for basketball throughout Rostock and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Examples of this vibrant partnership include joint initiatives for young talent—such as the "Basketball macht Schule" (Basketball Goes to School) project, support for the Regional League youth teams, the SEAWOLVES Academy, and the AIDA Student League. The AIDA employee fan block has cheered the team on to many home victories. In return, the "Wolves" have helped shape AIDA after-work events, launched SEAWOLVES basketball camps for kids on board, and provided a tool for achieving the perfect work-life balance via the "FIT LIKE A WOLVE" app.
