The combined organization will operate under MMI Hospitality Group, a private investment partnership founded in 1956 that has grown into a multi-division hospitality platform.

Blair Allen, founding partner, Beechwood Hospitality, has been named president of Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI Company, and will lead the unified organization.

The unified company will maintain support centers in Jackson, MS, and Little Rock, AR. Its combined portfolio includes more than two dozen full-service, select-service and independent hotels and resorts, as well as private clubs and restaurants across the Sun Belt.
