InnVentures assumes management of AC Hotel Seattle Downtown

 

InnVentures has assumed management of the 200-room AC Hotel Seattle Downtown, expanding the company’s presence in the Seattle market and strengthening its portfolio of Marriott-branded lifestyle hotels, making this their second AC by Marriott in the portfolio along with AC by Marriott Lake Oswego.

Located in Seattle’s South Lake Union and Denny Triangle neighborhoods, the recently opened hotel offers access to major corporate offices including Amazon, Meta and Google, as well as the Seattle Convention Center, Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle and the city’s downtown dining and entertainment scene.

Developed by Nexera Capital and Titan Management, the 11-story property features 200 contemporary guestrooms, flexible meeting space, the AC Lounge, AC Kitchen and public spaces inspired by the AC Hotels by Marriott brand’s European-style aesthetic.
