The investment was co-led by Alterned Capital and Co:Act Capital with other unnamed U.K. and U.S.-based investors also involved.
The funding will help OneReg, which was founded in New Zealand in 2020, accelerate its expansion into further markets including the U.K. and Europe. The company said it has seen triple-digit revenue growth and is now used by airlines and airports across New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and the U.S.
The company provides a single system to manage safety, regulatory and compliance data which boosts efficiency for the aviation industry.
“This investment is a strong endorsement of the category we are building and the global demand we are seeing,” said Clinton Cardozo, co-founder and CEO of OneReg. “Airports and airlines everywhere are dealing with more complex compliance environments. Our platform gives them a single source of truth, a faster path to compliance and a more resilient operational foundation.”
“The platform has become mission-critical for airports and airlines in Australia and New Zealand and is earning the trust of aviation authorities across multiple regions,” said Laura Manson, partner at Altered Capital.
The capital injection will help OneReg to boost its sales and customer success teams and speed up product development with a focus on platform scalability, enterprise airline modules and AI capabilities.
