The extended-stay hotel is located in Silicon Valley, with proximity to El Camino Real and U.S. 101, providing access to key corporate and academic institutions including Stanford University and Stanford Research Park. The property is also situated near major technology companies such as Google, Meta, Apple and Nvidia, and offers connectivity to both San Jose and San Francisco International Airports

The addition of the Palo Alto property aligns with Island Hospitality Management’s strategy to operate upscale hotels in key gateway markets and innovation-driven destinations.
