Chauffeur Driven/NLA Fall Show 2025 focuses on innovation, industry collaboration and the future of ground transportation

MARLTON, N.J. – The National Limousine Association (NLA) hosted the 2025 Chauffeur Driven/NLA Fall Show last week at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas, bringing together more than 1,100 operators, suppliers and industry leaders. Held twice a year in partnership with Chauffeur Driven, the event remains a key platform for professional development, collaboration and strategic dialogue within the chauffeured ground transportation and broader travel sectors.

NLA President Brett Barenholtz said the 2025 show reflected strong momentum across the industry, noting that sustainability, technology integration and evolving traveller expectations are reshaping chauffeured transportation. “Our members are not just adapting, but leading, in a new era of ground travel,” he said.

Key topics shaping the sector

A highlight of the programme was a discussion between Barenholtz and GBTA CEO Suzanne Neufang, focused on business travel trends, corporate travel policies and opportunities for luxury ground transport providers. Barenholtz also presented findings from a new University Transportation Research Center (UTRC) report, Curbing the Limousine Insurance Crisis, which examined rising insurance premiums affecting operators.

Educational sessions covered a range of strategic themes relevant to travel, meetings and mobility, including:

  • Integrating ground transportation into corporate travel programmes
  • Sustainability strategies for luxury and corporate fleets
  • AI and automation for dispatch, safety and service delivery
  • Evolving needs in meetings and events transportation

The content was curated by the Show Education Committee, co-chaired by NLA board members Karl Guenther and Jason Sharenow, to ensure the sessions addressed current market challenges and innovation priorities.

Through its Grant Program, the NLA awarded US$150,000 to regional association members across the United States, supporting advocacy and industry development at local level. The NLA Scholarship Program also recognised eight emerging industry professionals with sponsored attendance at the event.

Networking, collaboration and new solutions

Networking activities such as the Operator Mentor Program, the Women in the Industry Mixer and the Connecting Culture Mixer encouraged peer-to-peer learning and industry collaboration. The trade show floor featured new vehicles, technology solutions and service providers, reflecting the continued evolution of luxury and corporate ground transportation.

The 2025 event was supported by sponsors including Volvo Car USA, Driving Transactions, Ultimate Toys, North Point Transportation, Lancer Insurance and Premier of Dallas, along with other partners from across the global chauffeured transport ecosystem.
