ARLINGTON, VA. – Multiple events combined to push Paris hotel average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to all-time monthly highs, according to June preliminary data from CoStar. CoStar is a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.
June 2025 (year-over-year % change):
- Occupancy: 86.3% (+9.6%)
- ADR: 514.05 euros (+7.3%)
- RevPAR: 443.72 euros (+17.5%)
The month in Paris included two Billie Eilish concerts (10-11 June), Eurostatory 2026 (15-19 June) and Fashion Week (24-29 June).
Occupancy peaked (94.0%) for Billie Eilish’s second concert on 11 June. Highs in the other key metrics were recorded during Eurostatory, with ADR reaching 595.33 euros on 16 June and RevPAR topping out the following night at 534.14 euros.
Fashion Week pushed occupancy to 93.6% on 24 June, which was the second highest level seen during the month. ADR and RevPAR hit 521.12 euros on 27 June and 486.87 euros on 24 June.
The market’s occupancy levels remained above the 80% mark throughout the month apart from two days (1 and 9 June).
