Textron Aviation has unveiled a new high-speed internet connectivity option for the Cessna Citation X and X+, following the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval of AeroMech’s Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for Starlink high-speed internet. This development enables Citation X operators to access reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity via Starlink’s Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network, offering uninterrupted service over land, oceans, and remote regions where conventional in-flight Wi-Fi often falls short.
