easyJet has announced three brand-new winter routes from London Southend Airport.
The leisure airline will fly to Barcelona, Lanzarote and Salzburg, with seats now on sale.
Flights to Barcelona will operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays from 26 October, while flights to Lanzarote will depart three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 27 October.
The new Salzburg service will operate twice weekly on Saturdays throughout the winter, starting on 6 December.
These three new routes now means easyJet offers 20 destinations from the airport, where it will open a three-aircraft base next month.
This supports direct jobs for pilots and cabin crew.
easyJet will also be extending nine existing summer services to operate through out next winter.
Gran Canaria, Enfidha, Malta, Faro, Antalya, Tenerife, Marrakech, Malaga and Palma will now operate all year round.
Millions of seats from the UK, including from London Southend, are also now available to book for the winter 2025 season between 15 December 2025 and 22 March 2026.
easyJet holidays will also be offering package holidays with hand-picked hotels across seven destinations during the winter 2025 season – with free kids’ places available.
All packages include flights and hotel, with 23kg luggage and transfers on all beach getaways.
Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, said: “The continued growth of our network from London Southend means we’re now providing customers with even more choice and connectivity throughout the year.”
Jude Winstanley, CEO London Southend Airport, added: “We are really pleased easyJet is add three new routes. Thousands of travellers from across the southeast have already chosen London Southend as their airport of choice.”
