Before joining Novotel Pune, Satish held pivotal roles in esteemed hospitality brands such as Jio World Centre, Taj Vivanta Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton, and JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai. His vast experience encompasses key areas of hotel engineering, including energy optimization, preventive maintenance, MEP management, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
Throughout his career, Satish has excelled in enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by implementing sustainable engineering strategies. He has played a crucial role in developing training programs that connect technical skill development with career advancement, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Satish holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Swami Vivekanand Institute of Management Science & Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Meghdoot Technical College in Dadar, Mumbai.
