This recognition, presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, was based on an independent survey of over 150,000 women employed at companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. The survey asked respondents to evaluate their employers on various factors including representation, pay equity, discrimination, flexibility, family support, and parental leave. Women were also given the opportunity to assess other employers within their industries or the employers of friends, acquaintances, and family members. From these personal and public evaluations, and considering the presence of women in executive management or board positions, only the top 600 companies were recognized as the Best Employers for Women 2024.
