Introduced in India in 2023, Green Key serves as the foremost standard for excellence in environmentally conscious and sustainable operations in the hospitality sector. The implementation of the Green Key certificate in India is overseen by the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) Ahmedabad, a full member of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). Green Key India, initiated by CEE Ahmedabad, is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices.
