For the event, tourists and residents will be able to enjoy the Patagonian Gastronomic Route, in which participants offer gourmet dishes, with the main landscapes of the city as a backdrop. On the occasion, there will be dishes
vegan, vegetarian and suitable for celiacs, as well as several other options.
Tastings will take place in various parts of the city and registration to try the recipes can be done online on the Bariloche a La Carta. The establishments that participate in the Gastronomic Circuit will compete for the Best Dish contest, in which the public itself will choose through a virtual vote. The event will also feature a master class, with the presence of renowned chefs from Argentina.
Gastronomic Fair
One of the main attractions of Bariloche a La Carta is the Gastronomic Fair, which takes place from October 7th to 10th, at the Civic Center. With more than 100 exhibitors, the event is also dedicated to tasting dishes, such as Patagonian lamb and dinners prepared by nationally recognized chefs. Among the culinary proposals confirmed for the fair are beer, artisanal chocolate, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, ciders, wines, sweets, seafood, honey, dried fruits, etc.
This year, one of the novelties of the fair is the stand 'La Sidrería', which will offer visitors a tasting of drinks from the main cider brands in Argentina, made mainly in the Rio Negro Valley. There will also be an offer of chocolates, sweets and dried fruits.
Some of the most interesting proposals of the week are the Pop Ups, dinners in which the most important cooks in the country join the kitchens of local chefs to create special dishes.
