Guy’s Burger Joint is no doubt the most popular quick-service restaurant on Carnival Cruise Line’s ships, and it could be argued that it’s the most loved across the entire cruise industry.
Carnival Cruise Line first launched the counter-service venue in partnership with celebrity chef and restaurateur Guy Fieri in 2011 on Carnival Liberty. Since then, it has been added to every ship that existed in the fleet back then, and every new ship that has launched since then.
Today, the line has announced a brand-new burger that will be served at Guy’s Burger Joint for a limited time: the Funderstruck Nacho Burger.
This mouth-watering burger is comprised of a toasted brioche bun, the 80/20 burger patty, donkey sauce, super melty cheese, nacho seasoning, barracho beans, crispy corn tortilla strips, fried jalapeños, and fresh pico de gallo.
Carnival is also introducing Fully Loaded Fundertots at another onboard venue created with Fieri: Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse|Brewhouse on Carnival Horizon, Carnival Panorama, and Mardi Gras.
Other popular menu items at Guy’s Burger Joint include The Plain Jane, The Straight Up, The Pig Patty, The Ringer, and The Chilius Maximus.
At Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse|Brewhouse, passengers enjoy a full smokehouse experience including music, beers brewed right on board, barbecue brisket, pulled pork and more — all smoked on the ship.
On all ships except for the Excel-class, Guy’s Burger Joint can be found on the Lido deck right next to the main pool, across from another popular quick-service option: BlueIguana Cantina. This Mexican eatery serves burritos and tacos with an expansive selection of toppings to choose from. On the Excel-class ships (Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration), Guy’s Burger Joint is one deck above the pool and has a much larger dining space.
