Organisers of IT&CM China and CTW China announced that the 2020 event will be deferred to 3-5 August in the light of the ongoing Novel Coronavirus. This is in the interest of the all valued event delegates and stakeholders and will be subjected to the recovery and control of the outbreak.
Deferring mass gatherings like large-scale exhibitions and conferences like the IT& CM China and the CTW China is in line with the advisories by the health and government authorities like WHO to prevent, contain and mitigate the spread of the virus.
The postponement of the event is deemed to be the most appropriate step at the moment when travel risk to and within China is heightened. Health and safety are a top priority at the moment.
The situation will be closely monitored by the organisers and China-based CITS MICE. It will provide further updates whenever required.
