In a recent New Young Consulting of predominantly mature female solo travellers (natural sample fallout), we found an inspirational group of women from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Attitudes were often determined by life experiences including:
- Marital status
- Relationship experiences
- Previous travel experiences including during formative years 1960’s and 1970’s
Boomer solo travellers are predominantly women who were brave and fearless. They were willing to be experimental and be exploratory looking to fulfill travel dreams that had been created 30 or 40 years ago.
