CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO – Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences, the newest all-inclusive boutique resort of family-owned hospitality group Mexico Grand Hotels, celebrated last week its ribbon-cutting ceremony by hosting local elected officials, executives and press.
