BARCELONA - Rentals United, the cloud-based channel manager and technology solution for the short-term rental industry, has announced that it has partnered with Google to help property managers worldwide connect their vacation rental inventory to Google’s Hotel search results. This partnership will give property managers working with Rentals United the option to be listed alongside hotels on Google Maps and Google Search as well as through established OTAs including Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor and Airbnb.
With Rentals United’s Book Direct solution, property managers will have their listings automatically added to Google’s vacation rental search and guests will be able to book online via optimized listing pages provided by Rentals United at no extra cost. It is currently not possible for individual owners to directly upload their properties onto Google vacation rental search without a connectivity partner such as Rentals United.
James Burrows, CEO of Rentals United says, “As one of the first channel managers to partner with Google as they enter the vacation rental world, Rentals United is well positioned to help property managers navigate this evolving industry. We hope property managers come ride the first wave with us.”
Rentals United states that existing clients report up to a 25% increase in bookings and save up to 20 hours a week in manual work by partnering with Rentals United for their channel management.
