Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

Pure Grenada, the Spice of the Caribbean, is providing visitors with limitless opportunities to explore, relax and unwind this summer with the relaunch of its #NextStopGrenada campaign. From now through October 31, travelers can enjoy specials including discounts off hotel rack rates, room upgrades, complimentary massages and more during Grenada’s extended summer season.

Grenada Tourism Authority’s (GTA) Marketing Manager, Francine Stewart introduced the new feature of the campaign this year with the launching of the #NextStopGrenada Summer Savings card. This special savings card allows visitors to take advantage of additional discounts on tours, experiences, restaurants and more. Travelers can collect the discount card upon arrival at the airport or at all participating hotels and present it to participating vendors to enjoy the specials.

Now in its second year, the destination-wide campaign was developed by the GTA and designed to provide travelers with true value for money as well as the chance to experience all that Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique has to offer.

Grenada is also offering a wide selection of festivals and cultural events throughout the summer, including Flavours of Grenada, May 20-27, Grenada Chocolate Festival, May 31-June 7; Grenada Music Festival, June 7-9; Petite Martinique Whitsuntide Regatta, June 7-10, Carriacou Regatta, August 2-5; Grenada Spicemas Carnival, August 11-12 and much more.

As an added bonus, JetBlue has announced an increase in service throughout the summer from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to the Maurice Bishop International Airport. From June 11 – July 31, flights will operate daily and beginning August 1 – September 3, the airline will operate two flights per day direct to Grenada. Minister of Tourism & Civil Aviation Dr. Clarice Modeste-Curwen welcomes the increased airlift especially in time for our peak Summer booking period. She also highlighted the recent announcement by American Airlines that will bring additional flights direct from Miami and new route from Charlotte, North Carolina for the upcoming Winter Season.
