From next March, British Airways will resume flights with four-weekly service from Heathrow.
Until October 1998 the carrier flew to the Japanese and resumed it routes before 70th year of flying to Tokyo in November.
From march 31, 2019 onwards the flights will take off from terminal 5 and arrive into the Osaka’s Kansai International airport.
Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner will be operating the flight in the new route between London and Japan as a part of BA’s joint venture with Japan Airlines. This will bring up the number to 32 each week.
There will be further addition of four cities with Japan Airlines in the joint business agreement and the BA code will be used between flights plying Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.
BA is also adding four cities to its joint business agreement with Japan Airlines, with the BA code being used on flights between Tokyo Haneda and Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Komatsu and Matsuyama.
