LA. - Dimension Development achieves a historic milestone of managing more than
10,000 rooms with the recent addition of The Westin Crystal City. They have
added 14 properties to their portfolio in the last two years and have quickly
become one of the top hotel management companies in the nation. The Westin
Crystal City marks their 58th hotel overall and 1st Westin property.
Under the
direction of Chairman, Sam Friedman, Dimension Development has seen significant
growth in recent years. "Our success is due to the relationships we have
developed with our ownership groups and the results our teams have produced for

the growing area of Arlington, VA, The Westin Crystal City is steps from the
Crystal City Metro, and three miles from the White House and Capital Building.
The hotel features 220 modern guest rooms and amenities, a
Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, and 16,000 square feet of contemporary
meeting and event space. The hotel will be led by General Manager, Matt Gerber,
who brings a wealth of knowledge about the DC market.
Bridget
McEowen, Vice President of Operations, will oversee transition and corporate
