Vietjet is opening yet another new route connecting the hub of Da Nang in central Vietnam to Daegu in south-eastern Korea. The new route is set to be launched on 15 June 2017.
To mark the introduction of the new route, Vietjet is launching a special three-day promotion offering 500,000 promotional tickets priced from only USD0. Running from 23 – 25 March 2017, the promotional tickets will be available for booking during the golden hours of 1pm to 3pm daily at www.vietjetair.com (also compatible with smartphones at https://m.vietjetair.com) or at www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam (just click the “Booking” tab).
The promotion is applicable for all international routes during the travel period of 4 May – 31 December 2017 (excluding national holidays) which includes travels from Vietnam to Seoul, Busan, Daegu (South Korea), Kuala Lumpur, Kaohsiung, Taipei, Taichung, Tainan (Taiwan), Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Yangon and Siem Reap as well as the Da Nang to Seoul route from 31 May 2017 (excluding national holidays).
The Da Nang – Daegu route will be operated on a daily basis with a flight duration of 4 hours 30 minutes per leg. The flight departs from Da Nang at 12.50am and arrives in Daegu at 7.00am (local time) whereas the return flight is expected to depart at 8.30am and land in Da Nang at 11.05am.
Daegu is South Korea’s fourth largest city following Seoul, Busan and Incheon. The city is well connected to the country’s other major cities thanks to its well developed and convenient transport system.
