Saudi Arabia is on its way to witnessing a record number of 68 new hotels and 529,033 hotel rooms that would be opened in important cities in 2017, as revealed in a new report.
The Saudi Arabia Hotel Construction Overview stated that the regions of Makkah, Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh are going to be the busiest area for hospitality development. This report had been conducted by Tophotelprojects and had been prepared exclusively for The Hotel Show Saudi Arabia 2017.
Some famous hotels are expected to open all across the kingdom this year including Assila Hotel Rocco Forte, Time Qurayyat Hotel, Abraj Kudai Towers, Swiss-Belhotel Al Khobar and Nobu Hotel Riyadh.
The Abraj Kudai Towers is about to be known as the biggest hotel of the world while it would open its 10,000 rooms in the fourth quarter of 2017.
John Suzara, the event manager of The Hotel Show Saudi Arabia 2017 asserted that the scenario of the hotel industry in Saudi Arabia is gradually progressing and 2017 marks an exciting year in this year. Rocco Forte Hotels and Nobu Hospitality are some of the reputed international brands that are slated to enter the market of Saudi Arabia for the very first time this year.
