CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA—The 135-room Hampton Inn Calgary-Airport North opened here at 2000 2021-100 Ave NE, adjacent to the Calgary International Airport.
General Manager Marcel Berube stated, "Finding accommodations close to the Calgary Airport has been a challenge and, with a brand new runway and new terminal scheduled to open in a year, our timing couldn't be better."
The hotel is the first of three Hilton Worldwide properties to be built as part of the newly developed Calgary Airport Hotels and Conference Center. All three hotels will be owned by Prestige Hospitality Group and operated by Hilton Worldwide.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Calgary Airport North offers amenities such as complimentary hot breakfast, laundry/valet service and a gym/fitness center, as well as Hampton's Perfect Mix Lobby, designed with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers. Guestrooms are equipped with free high-speed internet access and LCD TVs. The hotel also offers meeting and conference rooms accommodating up to 140 guests. Complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service also is provided to guests.
