Chanel is set to launch its first ever spa, Chanel au Ritz Paris, in the former home of its founder Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel. Mademoiselle Chanel, who moved into the Ritz Paris at the start of the 1930s, once said “The Ritz is my home”. Choosing to launch the first spa at Ritz Paris is a powerful move in paying homage to the late, great Mademoiselle Coco who lived in the hotel for 34 years.
Chanel au Ritz Paris will feature a range of signature treatments using Chanel’s famous beauty products, it is not yet clear whether the spa is likely to open at any of the hotel’s other branches but it will open its doors later this year in line with the Ritz Paris' grand reopening.
