LOT Polish Airlines is launching the third edition of its “Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class” project, featuring an exclusive signature menu created for passengers by Przemek Sieradzki, Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko. The fine dining menu will be available to LOT Business Class passengers travelling on long-haul flights departing from Warsaw. The offer will be available from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The third edition of the project is carried out in partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation, a Michelin Guide Partner.
LOT Polish Airlines once again invites its passengers to embark on a culinary journey. The third edition of the "Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class" project brings signature dishes by Przemek Sieradzki – Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko – to the national carrier’s aircraft. This time, the culinary journey leads to the Tatra Mountains – a region whose landscapes, traditions, and local produce serve as the starting point for a story about contemporary Polish cuisine, now available on board LOT flights.
Przemek Sieradzki’s bespoke cuisine draws its inspirations from nature, family traditions, and the culinary heritage of the Podhale region, while remaining open to influence that extends beyond local borders. It is grounded in respect for the ingredients – their quality, origin, and character – and the ability to present them in a modern form. For LOT Polish Airilines, collaboration with a Michelin-starred restaurant represents another step in the consistent expansion of its premium offering. A process where the dining experience constitutes an integral part of the journey, simultaneously showcasing Polish gastronomy in a contemporary light.
The third edition of "Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class" campaign demonstrates that the culinary experience may be just as important a part of the journey as the destination itself. We invite our passengers to discover the flavors of Podhale and the signature cuisine by Przemek Sieradzki, which combines respect for local ingredients with a modern perspective. The project is the latest in the series of our consistent efforts aiming to enhance our onboard offering. It also proves that culinary heritage may be successfully combined with modernity. I am convinced that the flavors of the Podhale region – presented in a bespoke manner tailored specifically to LOT Polish Airline’s needs – will offer our passengers a truly amazing experience.

Participating in the “Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class” project gives me a unique opportunity to take the flavours of Podhale on a journey around the world and share them with LOT Polish Airlines passengers. When creating the menu, I wanted to combine the region's distinctive products and traditions with my own unique take on contemporary cuisine. I hope this offers passengers not just a culinary experience, but also serves as an invitation to discover Podhale.

The latest edition of the "Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class" project has been organized in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organization (POT), a partner of the Michelin Guide. Their involvement elevates the status of this initiative, which showcases the modern face of Polish gastronomy by engaging the country's top chefs as well as showcasing acclaimed restaurants and their signature dishes.
The latest edition of the “Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class” project demonstrates how effectively the promotion of Polish gastronomy can go hand in hand with showcasing Poland as a tourist destination. This time, Podhale is at the heart of the story – a region with a particularly strong sense of identity, whose traditions, local produce, and distinctive landscape continue to inspire contemporary cuisine of the highest standard. Through our partnership with LOT Polish Airlines, Polish flavours can accompany passengers on their journey from Warsaw to the farthest corners of the world, becoming a unique showcase for our country. As a Michelin Guide Partner, we are committed to making the most of the potential of Michelin-recognised restaurants and their chefs to strengthen Poland’s image as a modern, diverse, and compelling culinary destination.
