WHAT:
The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) has announced the booking timeline for ship accommodations and FAM opportunities for the 2027 ASTA River Cruise Expo, taking place March 10–14 in Vienna, Austria.
Attendees can now preview available Expo ship accommodations, pre-Expo FAM opportunities and post-Expo FAM opportunities before booking opens.
WHO:
All confirmed registrants for the 2027 ASTA River Cruise Expo.
A limited number of spaces are still available to register for the Expo. This event always sells out, so interested advisors are encouraged to book today.
WHY IT MATTERS:
The ASTA River Cruise Expo gives travel advisors the opportunity to experience the river cruise industry firsthand through ship inspections, onboard accommodations, educational programming and direct engagement with leading river cruise suppliers. Attendees can also extend their experience through a selection of pre- and post-Expo FAM opportunities.
Expo ship accommodations and FAM opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once inventory sells out, there will be no wait list.
WHEN:
September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET – Know Before You Book Webinar
September 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET – VIP Admission booking opens for Expo accommodations and FAM opportunities
October 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET – General Admission PLUS+ booking opens for Expo accommodations and FAM opportunities
October 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET – General Admission booking opens for Expo accommodations and FAM opportunities
October 26, 2026 – Selections close in the Attendee Portal
Expo accommodations and FAM opportunities are not included with registration and require a separate fee. Attendees sharing a cabin should have only one person complete the booking. ASTA is not securing a hotel room block for the 2027 Expo, so any hotel accommodations must be booked separately.
