Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has added Avatar Hotel Santa Clara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, to its growing portfolio. Located in Silicon Valley, the 168-room lifestyle hotel further expands the company’s presence in California.
As part of the engagement, Lodging Dynamics will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, commercial strategy, revenue management, sales and marketing, food and beverage operations and asset performance. The company will also manage the property’s on-site dining and retail offerings, including Goldie’s Diner, the hotel’s signature restaurant, and the on-property Starbucks location.
