Set on 20 acres, the resort features 175 guestrooms, including 86 suites, each with a private furnished balcony with views overlooking the marina and Atlantic Ocean. Designed to reflect the spirit of island living, the resort pairs relaxed coastal design with destination-driven experiences, according to Hilton. With direct marina access, the resort also connects guests to the fishing, boating and marine experiences that define the Florida Keys.
The resort also offers a wide range of amenities, including two food and beverage outlets, six saltwater pools and curated recreational experiences such as complimentary paddleboarding, kayaking, bicycling, yoga classes, lawn games and poolside movie nights. Additional offerings include a fitness center and complimentary shuttle service to Old Town with access to Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Key West Historic Seaport. For meetings and events, the property offers flexible indoor and outdoor space, including a 570-sq.-ft. boardroom and a 1,140-sq.-ft. outdoor patio.

As part of its debut, the property, which previously operated as Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina, is undergoing enhancements including refreshed guestrooms with new flooring, furnishings and decor, enhanced resort amenities and the addition of a new Tiki Event Pavilion.
