Europe’s summer is shifting north

 

Summer Demand Shifts North Europe’s short-term rental market softened in June. Demand nights fell 3.3% and occupancy slipped to 60.3% as supply kept growing. The real signal is in forward bookings: Q3 demand is pacing up double digits across the north, while the south cools.   Key takeaways: ADR rose 7.5% YoY to €150.05, lifting RevPAR even as occupancy dipped. Supply growth is decelerating: new listings fell 6.7% vs June 2025, led by Spain (-12.5%). Nordic markets are surging on both supply and summer demand.
