The newly awarded management contract adds another Marriott-branded property to DKN Hotels’ portfolio and supports the company’s growth strategy focused on premium branded hotels.
Under the company’s management, the property will benefit from the company’s operational expertise, revenue management strategies, guest service programmes and experience in managing Marriott-branded assets.
Located at 9789 Clark Drive, near Interstate 75 and the Ohio Turnpike, the hotel provides access to key attractions and business destinations in the Toledo area, including downtown Toledo, Hollywood Casino Toledo, Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, Toledo Museum of Art, Stranahan Theater and Town Center at Levis Commons.

The hotel offers a range of facilities for both leisure and business travellers, including an indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a business centre, onsite laundry facilities and a 24-hour market.
Meeting and event facilities include two function rooms providing a combined 936 square feet of event space. Food and beverage services are available through The Bistro restaurant, which serves American cuisine, Starbucks coffee and evening cocktails.
The appointment further expands DKN Hotels’ portfolio of managed properties across the United States and marks the company’s entry into the Ohio hospitality market.
