Travel Leaders Network (TLN) will host its first international EDGE conference in 2027, scheduled for May 19-22, at The Palace Company’s flagship property, Moon Palace Cancún.
Registration for the conference is scheduled to open later this year.
“We are thrilled to bring EDGE to Moon Palace Cancún,” said Lindsay Pearlman, President, Travel Leaders Network.
“Since Travel Leaders Network began a relationship with Palace seven years ago, it has been a goal to have EDGE at one of Palace’s properties, so this represents the culmination of years of planning for our first international EDGE,” he added.
It’s easy to see why a venue in Mexico was chosen for the EDGE conference. In 2025, “Travel Leaders Network member agencies sent 1.1 million visitors on Mexican land vacations, representing $2 billion in sales,” the consortium said.
“The Mexican Caribbean is an especially popular part of Mexico, with 749,000 of the 1.1 million travelers going to that region of the country, TLN added.
“The announcement of EDGE 2027 in the Mexican Caribbean represents a landmark moment for our destination and for the continued globalization of the travel industry,” said Mexican Caribbean CEO Andrés Martinez Reynos.
“Hosting the first international edition of this premier conference in Cancún is a testament to the strength of our partnership with Travel Leaders Network and further reinforces the Mexican Caribbean’s position as one of the world’s most dynamic, accessible, and trusted tourism destinations.”
“It’s an honor to be the host of EDGE’s first international and all-inclusive event,” said The Palace Company CEO Gibran Chapur. “EDGE is one of the industry’s largest gatherings of travel advisors, and being able to share our beautiful resort with this incredible community of professionals is something we’re truly looking forward to.”
