SkyTeam opens flagship European lounge at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 3

 FRANKFURT, 22 April 2026 – SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, has officially opened its newest branded lounge at Frankfurt Airport (FRA), marking its flagship lounge in Europe and further strengthening its global network of premium airport experiences. 

We are proud to welcome travelers to our new lounge in Frankfurt, a key hub in the heart of Europe. This opening reflects our continued commitment to enhancing the airport experience and delivering greater value for our member airlines' most loyal customers. The new lounge combines comfort, quality and thoughtful design in one of the region's most important aviation markets.

The SkyTeam Lounge at FRA will welcome eligible passengers departing on international flights operated by China Airlines, China Eastern, Delta Air Lines, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines, Saudia and Vietnam Airlines. Operated in partnership with Global Lounge Network (GLN), the lounge opens three hours before the first SkyTeam departure and remains open until the final SkyTeam departure of the day. 

SkyTeam’s global lounge offering continues to expand, with more than 750 lounges available worldwide for eligible customers across its member airlines and branded lounge network. This includes SkyTeam-branded lounges in Dubai, Santiago, Sydney and Vancouver, as well as its joint lounge with GLN in São Paulo.
