The merger, originally announced in August 2025, has been completed over a seven-month period. During this time, the company established a unified leadership team, consolidated technology platforms, and integrated operational infrastructure, maintaining continuity of service throughout the process.
The combined leadership structure includes Martin Klima as Chief Operating Officer, Claire Barrie as Chief Commercial Officer, and Leslie O’Brien as Chief Product Officer. In December 2025, Synergy’s founders, Henry Luebbert and Jack Jensky, retired from the business.
The integrated organisation now employs more than 400 people across 14 offices globally, covering locations from San Francisco to Shanghai. The combined platform provides clients with access to a unified technology system and an expanded supply network operating across 143 countries.

The company confirmed that expansion will continue through 2026, with plans to open or upgrade offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Shanghai, San Francisco, New York, Houston, and Seattle, strengthening its presence in the Gulf and APAC regions.
In May 2026, SilverDoor will also launch “Synergy by SilverDoor,” a curated collection of professionally managed apartments led by Chief Product Officer Leslie O’Brien, initially available across the United States, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
