Extended Stay America has opened the newly built Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Denver International Airport.

Developed by Integrated Hospitality Construction and Blueline Equity Partners and managed by Sandpiper Hospitality Management, the four-story, 124-room hotel features suites with fully equipped kitchens, including full-size refrigerators, stovetops and microwaves. Each suite offers a dedicated dining and workspace area, and signature bedding. Guests can enjoy a free healthy breakfast and on-site amenities tailored to extended-stay travelers including on-site laundry, free WiFi and premium cable. The property offers EV charging stations, aligning with growing demand for sustainable travel accommodations.

The hotel is located approximately seven minutes from Denver International Airport, six miles from I-70 and two miles from E-470, providing access to the greater Denver metro area. It is positioned to serve both airport-related and regional business demand, with proximity to major employers including Ball Aerospace, United Launch Alliance, UCHealth, Buckley Air Force Base, Amazon and Kroger.
