The app is positioned to deliver instant aircraft selection and transparent
pricing, combining the company’s operational experience with artificial
intelligence tools. The platform aims to modernise private aviation booking
processes traditionally reliant on manual coordination and multiple calls.
“Private aviation has always promised luxury, but all too often delivers
clients frustration,” said Greg Raiff, CEO of Elevate Jet. “The Elevate Jet app changes everything. In seconds, clients can
see pricing, select the right aircraft, and book with confidence. It’s private
jet travel reimagined for the digital age.”
Elevate Jet has historically managed complex private aviation itineraries
for clients in music, professional sports, technology and business sectors,
offering services including on-demand charter, aircraft management, acquisition
advisory and maintenance coordination. The new app integrates this operational
expertise into a digital booking interface.
The application is powered by a proprietary AI agent named Ruby, which
provides instant pricing across six aircraft categories, from light jets to
ultra long-range jets. Ruby analyses range, aircraft availability, fuel requirements,
crew limits and airport constraints to match each trip with an appropriate
aircraft and generate itineraries.
According to the company, the platform offers pricing visibility without
membership barriers or credit commitments. Users can access aircraft options
and associated costs directly within the app.
“Travelers that regularly fly private know that a private jet is a time
machine. They save valuable time on every flight. But why save time on a
private jet just to waste that time talking for hours? It doesn’t make sense,” continued Raiff. “The new Elevate Jet app solves
that problem and more. It also gives clients full transparency so they know
exactly what they are paying for and can book with confidence with no surprises
at the end of the flight.”
The app incorporates Elevate Jet’s proprietary flight grading system, which
evaluates operational variables including pilot and crew performance, FBO
service quality, cabin design, aircraft condition and operational oversight at
departure. This data-driven framework maintains a record of operational
performance across flights to support predictive decision-making.
The platform also integrates the company’s internal 300-point flight
checklist covering operational requirements and traveller preferences,
including catering selections, timing sensitivities, privacy expectations and
onboard amenities. These preferences are stored and applied to future bookings
to maintain service consistency.
“Private aviation has had apps for years, but none truly integrated
operational expertise in the hands of the user,” added Raiff. “We didn’t want to build
another useless app. We wanted to take 30 years of experience and make it
usable, scalable and most importantly, enjoyable. With this platform, travelers
get speed and confidence without sacrificing the personal service and elite
standards that we have delivered for thirty years. After three decades, we
decided that it was time for Elevate Jet to modernize the private jet charter
industry. This new app does that.”
The Elevate Jet app is now available for travellers, combining operational
oversight with technology-driven booking functionality to support private
aviation charter services.
