Located
less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the
Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the US$5.1 billion development is positioned
as one of the largest integrated luxury hospitality projects in the Middle
East.
The resort
is being developed by Wynn Design & Development in
partnership with Marjan LLC. Situated on an island spanning more
than 60 hectares extending into the Arabian Gulf, the project is designed as a
beachside destination combining accommodation, entertainment and leisure
facilities.
The
70-storey tower will reach 352 metres in height and feature 1,530 guestrooms
and suites with panoramic water views. This includes 313 suites within Enclave,
a boutique hotel concept occupying the upper floors and focused on a
personalised guest experience.
Planned amenities include 22 restaurants and lounges, a beach club, a theatre, a five-star spa with salon and fitness facilities, retail space, multiple pools, a 420-metre white-sand beach, a 98-berth marina and Coral Court, an events and celebrations centre designed for weddings and large-scale gatherings.

The Legend
Collection represents Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of high-end
properties across global destinations. Upon opening, Wynn Al Marjan Island
guests will be eligible to enrol in I Prefer Hotel Rewards, the company’s
points-based loyalty programme with more than 6 million members worldwide.
Members earn points redeemable for reward certificates and receive additional
benefits across more than 650 participating properties globally.
