KLM: Investigation into complaint of inappropriate conduct

 

KLM has initiated an investigation into possible inappropriate behavior by employees. The reason for this investigation is a complaint regarding inappropriate digital messages about colleagues. KLM's security department has started an investigation, supported by an external investigative agency.

KLM is committed to a safe and pleasant work environment and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior. If the investigation reveals that such conduct or other inappropriate behavior has occurred, measures will be taken.

Our primary concern is now for colleagues who are currently experiencing, or have previously experienced inappropriate conduct. They can contact a team of KLM experts, to file a complaint or to receive help if needed. Each complaint will be handled carefully and confidentially.
