Hilton Bali Resort, a tranquil 27-acre cliffside escape in Nusa Dua, has introduced Elara, an exclusive adults-only seaside lounge and bar, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean’s enduring charm. This new addition enhances the resort’s distinguished dining offerings. Elara’s opening marks the final phase of the resort’s extensive renovation, which also features revamped accommodations, a lively kids’ club, and adaptable event spaces.
Perched on a cliff with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, Elara offers an escape to a serene world of sun-drenched coastlines where time seems to pause. The menu showcases a variety of Mediterranean classics, made with locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the region’s commitment to wellness and flavorful, nutritious cuisine. Guests can indulge in dishes like a 12-hour marinated grilled lamb rack served with chimichurri, chickpeas, crumble, tahini, and yogurt purée; salmon crudo with pickled onions, capers, labneh, and extra virgin olive oil; and roasted figs paired with stracciatella, pomegranate, and blueberries.
