At the UK Customer Experience Awards 2024, Fred. Olsen is a contender for two distinctions: ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ and ‘Best Customer Service.’
Furthermore, Fred. Olsen has secured finalist positions in five categories at the Wave Awards 2024. These nominations include Best Ocean Cruise Line, Best Specialist Cruise Line, Best Trade Sales Team, Best for Excursions, and Best for Solo Travellers, all under the auspices of Real Response Media’s ‘World of Cruising’ magazine.

During the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines earned Silver for ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ and Bronze for ‘Best Customer Service.’
The 2024 winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards will be unveiled in a ceremony at Wembley Stadium on October 17th. Similarly, the Wave Awards will announce their winners at an event scheduled for November 11th at The Dorchester Hotel in London.
