Change in number of shares and votes in Scandic

 The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) (“Scandic”) has changed in July 2024 as a result of conversion of 3,251 of convertible bonds issued in 2021 to 7,497,328 of shares in Scandic.

The total number of shares in Scandic has in July 2024 increased by 7,497,328 shares, corresponding to 7,497,328 votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Scandic amounted to 203,759,688.
