This summer, Fall River introduces two exciting ways to explore the city: a water taxi sailing along the Taunton River and a trolley showcasing the city’s highlights. Here’s everything you need to know about these new services and how they can enhance your travel experience.

Water Taxi: A New Perspective on the Waterfront

What It Is: The water taxi, provided by Borden Light Marina, offers a scenic alternative to road travel along the waterfront.

Schedule:

  • Runs Thursday to Sunday
  • Operating hours: Noon to 7 p.m. until Labor Day

Departure Points and Times:

  • Tipsy Seagull: On the hour
  • Bicentennial Park: 15 minutes past the hour
  • City Pier: 30 minutes past the hour
  • Pier 52: 45 minutes past the hour

Ticket Information:

  • Cost: $3 per person
  • Purchase: Available on board with cash or credit

Trolley: Explore Fall River’s Highlights

What It Is: The trolley loops around Fall River, stopping at 12 key points of interest, providing both residents and visitors with a comprehensive tour of the city’s unique attractions.
